a. that Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 37/Kpts/HK.060/1/2006 concerning Technical requirements Plant Quarantine Action for the Entry of Fresh Fruits and/or Vegetables stipulated provision on the entry places of fresh fruits and vegetables into territory of the Republic of Indonesia;
b. that to reduce risk on the entry and spread of quarantine plant disturbance organism, it is necessary to re-stipulate entry places of fresh fruit and vegetables into territory of the Republic of Indonesia;
c. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a and paragraph b above, it is necessary to amend Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 37/Kpts/HK.060/1/2006;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE NOMOR 37/Kpts/HK.060/1/2006 CONCERNING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND PLANT QUARANTINE ACTION FOR THE ENTRY OF FRESH FRUITS AND/OR VEGETABLES INTO TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Several provision in Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 37/Kpts/HK.060/1/2006 concerning Technical requirements Plant Quarantine Action for the Entry of Fresh Fruits and/or Vegetables Into territory of the Republic of Indonesia shall be amended as follows:
1. Provision of Article 17 shall be amended, so it is read as follows:
"Article 17
Entry places of fresh fruits and vegetables as intended in Article 4 paragraph b, are:
2. Other provisions in Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 37/Kpts/HK.060/1/2006 concerning Technical requirements Plant Quarantine Action for the Entry of Fresh Fruits and/or Vegetables Into territory of the Republic of Indonesia are still effective.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force 3 (three) months since date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
